- The park reserves the right of admission to anyone aggressively behaved or in an inconvenient state.

- The official entrance fees are the ones shown in our Website www.xelha.com, and the ones published at the park’s box offices.

- The park’s parking lot is included in the admission fee; the park will not be responsible for any damage caused to your vehicle during your stay.

- Due to its condition of Natural Park, there will not be any refunds due to weather conditions (Rain, Storms, Winds, visibility, etc)

- For your comfort and security, we provide locker services for you personal belongings.

- Our guides offer guided tours to discover nature’s magic, the capacity is limited, so we suggest that you book in advance at any of our information modules.

- A great variety of land and water species can be found in the park. Please, remember they are living beings. Respect their habitat and do not disturb them.

- Our additional activities are limited to a certain amount of people. Do not forget to prior book.

- All of our crafts, souvenirs, and beach items shops accept credit cards, and cash.

- To use the snorkel gear, a refundable cash (or credit card voucher) deposit is required, this will be reimbursed upon equipment return.
