This is the park's main and largest store. Here you'll find more than 3,000 items to comfortably enjoy the park's attractions and wonders, including collections of water activities apparel, and activity footwear, plus eco-friendly sunscreen and insect repellent.

It's a color-coordinated concept store with a variety of items including swimwear, cotton clothing, souvenirs, and more.

It’s the only store in Xel-Há park where you can purchase exclusive spa products such as linen, blankets, and casual wear, as well as essential aromas exclusive to the group.

Kaanab means sea, named in honor of the Caribbean Sea. This outlet store offers a wide variety of products at low prices while supplies last.

Xel-Há has 18 stores around the park offering items such as water sports clothing, water shoes, cotton clothing, handicrafts, stuffed animals, souvenirs, and much more.
