Facilities and Services

Xel-Há has facilities for people with disabilities throughout most of the park. Wheelchair rentals are available for guests with disabilities for an additional fee (see price guide).

Xel-Há is an astounding all-inclusive park in Riviera Maya. Start your day with a delicious breakfast while enjoying the marvelous view of the inlet. Visit as many times as you want all our restaurants. A wide variety of international dishes, casual fare, and Mexican specialties that include a corner with tasty Yucatecan options.

Within Xel-Há Park, we have specific access points subject to availability. Please inquire at our information booths.

Find one of the several modules distributed along the park where you can take one snorkel gear just by scanning your wristband.
Once you finish its use, please return the complete gear you take at the same module you picked it up to unblock your wristband.

At Xel-Há, you will find seven different facilities with restrooms that are located the main points of the park. Besides, there are five modules of lockers at Xel-Há, where you can store your belongings and carry the key with you, as well as request the towels you might need. There is also a shower and dressing room service in six different points within this all-inclusive park.

Xel-Há park has 18 stores where you can find items to make your visit more comfortable. You'll find things such as chemical-free sunscreen, water shoes, and swimwear, among others. Take home a souvenir of your visit!

Visit any of our Attention to Visitors Stations for information about the facilities, activities, and services available at Xel-Há. Here you can also check lost and found items and make reservations for activities that require them.

Take home a fantastic souvenir. Get all the photographs you want along the day of your visit to one of our parks (Xcaret, Xel-Há, Xavage, Xplor, Xplor Fuego, Xoximilco, Xenses, and Xenotes Tour). You can purchase a photo package at a special price that includes all the pictures of you and your family taken at our Xelfie Points.

There are chairs and hammocks available to take a break and relax, or to enjoy one of our exceptional beverages and cocktails. Recharge your energies, enjoy the view, and then keep exploring this natural wonder in Riviera Maya.

For your convenience, there are automated teller machines (ATM) within Xel-Há premises and located at the park’s entrance.
